Betta’s power switch is magnetic, and sometimes it can remain stuck in the ON position. Try toggling the switch between ON and OFF a few times to help reset the internal mechanism. If the unit still won’t turn off and you plan to send it in for repair, place your Betta in a dark room to let the power drain completely — this prevents any movement during transit and keeps the unit safe for shipping.
